Koh Chang, Koh Mak and Koh Kood: the quiet islands of the east
- 14 days
- From age 0
- Easy island life
When people think of the Thai islands, they think of Phuket or Koh Samui. But close to the Cambodian border lie islands that hardly anyone has heard of. You start on green Koh Chang, hop by speedboat to tiny Koh Mak and end on Koh Kood, my favourite: long, empty beaches, clear water, waterfalls in the jungle and no big resorts. Short boat trips, lots of time to settle in.
